London Borough Of Merton Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (Home Park Road, Sw19) (Temporary Restriction Of Traffic) (No. 2) Order 2023
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to Facilitate sewer works in Home Park Road, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Home Park Road, between the north-west boundary of No. 30 Home Park Road and a point 5 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 26 and 28 Home Park Road; or
(b) wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above will be suspended.
4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Dora Road, Leopold Avenue and Kenilworth Avenue, or vice-versa.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited road or length of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order will come into operation on Monday 23rd January 2023 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 10th February 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

(The Broadway, SW19) (Temporary Restriction Of Traffic) Order 2023
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate development works at No. 247 The Broadway, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to continue to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in The Broadway.
2. During the works, no person would cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in The Broadway, both sides, between the eastern boundary of No. 241 The Broadway and a point 7.9 metres west of the western boundary of No. 244 The Broadway.
3. The bus stop outside No. 247 The Broadway would be relocated 36 metres eastward from its current location for the duration of the works.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or for the loading or unloading of construction delivery vehicles; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, a police community support officer in uniform or Civil Enforcement Officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
7. The Order would come into operation on Friday 3rd February 2023 would remain in force until 3rd July 2023.

Redevelopment At Ravensbury Estate Mitcham And Stopping Up Order No.1 2022 Notice Of Making Of A Stopping Up Order Section 247 Town And Country Planning Act 1990
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, Merton Civic Centre London Road Morden Surrey SM4 5DX (hereinafter called "the Council") has made an order ("The Order") pursuant to section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (hereinafter called "the Act") in respect of:
Highways within the proposed Ravensbury Estate Phases 2-4 development footprint including carriageway and footway areas for Flutter Gardens comprising an area of 348m2 and Hatfield Close comprising an area of 1,197m2 and a small footpath area adjacent to Hengelo Gardens comprising 26.3m2
The extent of the land the subject to the Order is shown on the map attached to the Order.
The effect of the Order is that the said land has ceased to be public highway
The Council is satisfied that it was necessary to stop up the land that is the subject to this Order to allow for the implementation of the planning permission described in the Schedule below
A copy of the Order and a map defining the land to which it relates can be inspected at Council Offices at Front Reception, Merton Civic Centre London Road Morden Surrey SM4 5DX, from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.45pm on Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
THE SCHEDULE
The regeneration of the Ravensbury Estate (on land to the west of Ravensbury Grove) comprising the demolition of all existing buildings and structures; erection of new buildings ranging from 2 to 4 storeys providing up to 180 residential units (C3 Use Class); provision of replacement community centre (up to 160 sqm of Use Class D1 floorspace); provision of new public realm, landscaping works and new lighting; cycle parking spaces (including new visitor cycle parking) and car parking spaces, together with associated highways and utilities works. Landscaping works are also proposed to the east of Ravensbury Grove and along Hengelo Gardens
