Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Market Street, Bracknell) (Waiting Restrictions) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified In Schedule 1 -4 and remove the waiting restrictions as specified In Schedule 5.

The Order was made on the 10th January 2023 and will come into operation on the 23rd January 2023.

Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 18th day of January 2023, make application for this purpose to the High Court. Amber House Both sides From its junction with Market Street access road northwards for a distance of 15 metres.

SCHEDULE 2

junction with Station Road northwards for a distance of 23 metres.

SCHEDULE 3
30 minute maximum stay, No Return Within 1 Hour
Market Street Northern side From a point 28 metres west of the
westernmost boundary of Gowring House westwards for a distance of 20 metres.

Disabled Parking Space
Market Street Northern side From a point 25 metres west of the
westernmost boundary of Gowring House westwards for a distance of 3 metres.

REMOVAL of Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time
Market Street Western side From a point 93 metres north of its
junction with Station Road northwards for a distance of 23 metres.

Market Street Northern side From a point 25 metres west of the
westernmost boundary of Gowring House westwards for a distance of 23 metres.
