Dorothy Beatrice Salter (Deceased) Notice pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Dorothy Beatrice Salter late of Abercorn, Barnards Close, Yatton BS49 4HZ who died on 28 November 2022 and whose Executor is Laurence Holmes is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or to the said Executor on or before 14 April 2023 and to send such particulars before 14 April 2023 in relation to the deceased person named above after which date the personal representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not by then have had notice.
