Application in respect of a Premises Licence
39 Saddler Street, Durham Notice is given that we Hide Bar (Yarm) Ltd, have applied on the 20th May 2013 to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the above mentioned premises. The licensable activities applied for are:- Provision of regulated entertainment namely recorded music and supply of alcohol both from 09:00hrs – 24:00hrs and for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00hrs – 24:00hrs all 7 days weekly. The premises to close 30 mins after the cessation of licensable activities. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to Durham County Council, EHCP (Licensing), PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ not later than 28 days after the date of the application. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Durham Council Council, Licensing Section given above between the hours of 09:00hrs and 16:00.
