Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Unnamed Roads (Winchester House), Bracknell) (Waiting Restrictions) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1 -2.
The Order was made on the 10th January 2023 and will come into operation on the 23rd January 2023.

Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 18th day of January 2023, make application for this purpose to the High Court. Unnamed Road (south of Both sides Winchester House)
From its junction with Skimped Hill Lane for its whole length. From its junction with Skimped Hill Lane eastwards for a distance of 8 metres.

SCHEDULE 2
Loading Only
Unnamed Road (west of Eastern side From a point 3 metres north of Winchester House the southernmost boundary of
northwards for a distance of 6 metres.
