NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Shepherd Neame Ltd of 17 Court Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7AX has applied to the Licensing Authority at Chelmsford Council to vary the Premises Licence for The Cricketers Arms, Penny Royal Road, Danbury, Chelmsford CM3 4ED as follows:
To include the annexe (Gallery Room) into the licensed area all current provisions and times to be the same for this area. To also include the garden into the licensed area and to have regulated entertainment under the remit of the Live Music Act. To operate an outside bar for occasional events, bar to operate from 12.00-23.00hrs as and when required.
Details of the application may be inspected at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to Licensing Services Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE.
This notice remains in force for 28 consecutive days; the last date for objections is 7th February 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
