The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Paisley & Inchinnan.Abbotsinch Road, Netherton Avenue and A8 Greenock Road) (30 mph Speed Limit)
Order 2023 RefTRO 352 & (A8 Greenock Road) (40mph Speed Limit and Revocation) Order 2023 RefTRO 403

The Orders, which come into operation on the 23rd January 2023 were advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette (TRO 403 on Wednesday 2nd November 2022) and (TRO 352 on Wednesday 27th October 2021). and the effect of the Orders is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Orders and maps relative thereto are available for inspection on the "Tell me Scotland" website for 6 weeks. RefTRO 403 & 352.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 13th January 2023, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
