PLANNING CONSULTATION NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 9 (1) AND 9 (2) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 THAT THIS IS AN APPLICATION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land at Oxpens Road Oxford OX1 1TB (Application No. 22/02955/FUL)

I give notice that Mr Kevin Minns c/o OXWED LLP is applying to Oxford City Council for:

Implementation of flood mitigation scheme and the reinstatement of the Oxpens Meadow, demolition and installation of interim boundary treatments including fencing, alongside ground works and installation of sheet piling to regrade areas of public realm, including works to the existing towpath to allow for outfall pipes. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
