PLANNING CONSULTATION NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 9 (1) AND 9 (2) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 THAT THIS IS AN APPLICATION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at Land at Oxpens Road Oxford OX1 1TB (Application No. 22/02954/OUT)
I give notice that Mr Kevin Minns c/o OXWED LLP is applying to Oxford City Council for:
Outline application (with all matters reserved except for access) for a mixed-use scheme comprising residential and student accommodation (Class C2, Class C3 and Sui Generis), commercial, business and service (Class E), and Hotel (Class C1) uses, with public realm, landscaping, associated infrastructure and works, including pedestrian and cycle routes. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
Members of the public may inspect copies, free of charge, of:

• And other documents submitted with the application.
