Notice Of Public Path Order Town And Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Public Footpath 212 Queensbury At Hillcrest Road, Queensbury Public Path (Stopping Up) Order 2023

The above Order made on 17th January 2023 under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will stop up the public footpath running from Hillcrest Road between point A and point B as shown on the Order map ref: 66666/T254/QUE212 Order Plan, and improve the public footpath between points C and D as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY during normal office hours or may be examined on the Council's website at

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to the Director of Legal & Governance at the address given below or by e-mail to

quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/AK/411872 by 12 Noon on Friday 17th February 2023. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
