Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Park Holidays UK Ltd in respect of Premises known as Bowland Fell Park, Crowtrees Inn, Tosside, Skipton, BD23 4SD applied to Craven District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to:- Vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted by the applicant, such variation to take effect upon the completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Add external patio areas to be licensed for the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises from 09:00 until 23:00 Mondays to Sundays. Relocation of bar servery, reconfiguration of internal seating area, repositioning/ restructuring of male and female toilets. All other licensable activities, permitted hours and conditions to remain as existing. See application and plans submitted to Licensing Authority for full details.
