Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014 Amendment No 21 Order 2023

(Off Street Parking Places - Ref: Tro_019_21):- Notice Is Hereby Given That

Northumberland County Council have made the above-named Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of the Order, which will come into force on the 23rd January 2023 will be to amend off-street car park restrictions in Wylam in the County of Northumberland.
The following restrictions are substituted into the Principal Order, Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014:-

Exemptions for certain necessary purposes are included in the Order.
A copy of the Order, together with a map showing the lengths of road involved and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for Making the Order is available to view or download on the NCC Website

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may before the 24th February 2023 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
