RHOPPIR RHYBUPP fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Roland Avenue Bae Cinmel o'i gyffordd gyda St Asaph Avenue hyd at Rif.8 Roland Avenue.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatau gwaith gan Wales and West Utilities. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd St Asaph Avenue i Crugan Avenue, troi i'r dde a parhau at Rosemount Avenue, troi i'r chwith a parhau at ddiwedd y gwyriad tuag at y gyffordd a Roland Avenue ac fel arall. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwr a gwasanaethau argyfwng.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 20 lonawr 2023. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 5 wythnos.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) Conwv County Borough Council (Roland Avenue. Kinmel Bay) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 20233

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will prohibit vehicles to proceed in that section of Roland Avenue Kinmel Bay from junction with St Asaph Avenue to No.8 Roland Avenue.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Wales and West Utilities. The alternative route will be along St Asaph Avenue to Crugan Avenue turn left to continue to Rosemount Avenue turn left to proceed to the diversions end approaching the junction with Roland Avenue and vice versa. Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.
The Order comes into effect on 20 January 2023. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 5 weeks.
