Licensing Act 2003 New premises licence application

Notice is hereby given that SHERICA SPENCE has applied to the London Borough of Croydon on 6th January 2023 for a new premises licence situated at Atlantic, 61 High Street, Thornton Heath, CR7 BRY. The proposed licensable activities are for: The sale of alcohol Sundays to Thursdays 10:00 to 01:00 day following and Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 to 02:30 day following. Recorded Music Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 to 02:30 day following and Late Night Refreshment Sundays to Thursdays 23:00 to 01:00 day following and Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 to 02:30 day following, on such terms and conditions as specifically set out or as may be agreed.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her repre-sentation no later than 3rd February 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Croydon Council, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherall House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA or by e mail

The Licensing Authority must receive represen -tations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
