MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PLATFORM TO SUPPORT A RADAR MAST, TOWN QUAY, SOUTHAMPTON
Notice is hereby given that ABP Southampton has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the construction of a platform to support a radar mast and communication equipment. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Town Quay management offices, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, alternatively emailed to dee.allen@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 23 May 2013, or uploaded to the MMO's online system, quoting reference MLA/2013/00158.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
