Proposal: Existing property is split into a ground floor flat n.o.120 and a first floor flat no.120a. Works will involve changing building from a horizontal split back to the more traditional approach with a vertical split, to create 1, 2 bedroomed cottage (no.120) and 1, 3 bedroomed cottage (no.120a). The majority of the works will involve internal reconfiguration. A few changes will be visible from the outside, these will include replacing UPVC windows and doors with more traditional painted timber, 2 windows being reinstated into existing stone openings.
