Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence.

Notice is hereby given that Landmark Arts Centre & Landmark Trading Limited has applied to Richmond Council to vary the premises licence at the Landmark Arts Centre, Ferry Road, Teddington, TW11 9NN for increasing permitted capacity limit from 388 to 499 and to remove the 329 ticket limit for public performances during the current permitted opening times of 9am to midnight. This application does not seek to vary the current permitted activities or the current permitted times of those activities (Sunday -Thursday 11.00 to 22.30, Friday & Saturday 11.00-23.00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by February 3rd 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email:

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website
