LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: STACK, 9-11 Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland DL14 7EP.
Notice is given that STACK (Bishop Auckland) Limited applied to Durham County Council on 12th January 2023 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-
Plays, films, indoor sporting events, live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to music and dancing;
supply of alcohol: 10:00 to 02:00 daily.
Late night refreshment: 23:00 to 02:00 daily.
Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 9th February 2023 and sent to:-

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
