Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that LEOREG Ltd has applied on this day 04th JANUARY 2023 to the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit: The retail sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 10:00 until 23:00 for the premises known as: Locanda Luna situated at: 36-38 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3LJ.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
