Licensing Act 2003 Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Public Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that We, Tesco Stores Limited, have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Waltham Forest Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Tesco Express, located at: Ground Floor Retail Unit 1, Blackhorse Point, 15 Forest Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 6ZJ. Details of the relevant licensable activities we propose to carry on from the premises are as follows

The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00.
The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Representations must be received no later than midnight on 09/02/2023. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
