Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) Temporary Road Closure Penhurst Gardens

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate Thames Water sewer rehabilitation works, they have made an Order which will temporarily close Penhurst Gardens HA8 between the junctions of St Margarets Road and Hale Lane, while the works take place. The Order will commence on Monday 23rd January 2023 at 8.30pm and is expected to last until 6am on Saturday 4th February 2023. The above-mentioned road closures will take place on dates below as follows: Road closure No.1 - Monday 23rd January 2023 at 8.30pm and is expected to last until 6am on Tuesday 24th January 2023. Road closure No.2 - Friday 27th January 2023 at 8.30pm and is expected to last until 6am on
Saturday 28th January 2023.

Road closure No.3 - Monday 30th January 2023 at 8.30pm and is expected to last until 6am on Tuesday 31st January 2023.
Road closure No.4 - Friday 3rd February 2023 at 8.30pm and is expected to last until 6am on
Saturday 4th February 2023. The alternative route for motorists will be via Hale Lane, Heather Walk, Penhurst Gardens
and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
