Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Grant of a Premises Licence

We Chic o Land Food Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames on the 11th January 2023 for the grant of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Hot Rod Burgers, 69 Surbiton Road Kingston Upon Thames from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Late Night Refreshment on and off the premises from 23:00 to 03:30 Monday to Sunday.

The application may be inspected at the offices of the council at Environmental Health- Licensing Team, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU or on- line at www. kingston.gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutve Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 08/02/2023.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 11/01/2023
