LICENSING ACT 2003 Variation of Premises Licence
We, Frederic Robinson Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Craven District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Tempest Arms, Elslack Lane, Elslack, Skipton BD23 3AY, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows:
To update the plans that accompany the premises licence; to amend the timings for late night refreshment to 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday; to amend the opening hours to 00:00 to 24:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and made by no later than 7th February 2023 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the Authority is kept and when the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows: Craven District Council Licensing Team, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ W: www.cravendc.gov.uk.
