(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at East Kyo Farm Cottage, Kyo Lane, Harperley, Co. Durham, DH9 8NH. Take notice that application is being made by: Mr William Clark, for planning permission to: Retrospective change to use of land from agriculture to use for the keeping of horses for recreational purposes and the retrospective change of use of an agricultural building for stabling of horses and the use of the access road to the above stables. Local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted: Durham County Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle Road, Chester-Le-Street, Co. Durham, DH3 3UT. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
