(Hilly Field, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hilly Field, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Riddings Lane for a distance of approximately 150m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2336226 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. No alternative route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 26th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(London Road & Newhall Way & Barnfield Way, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of London Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 350m south of its junction with Gilden Way for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Newhall Way, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a westerly direction.
3. To temporarily close that length of Barnfield Way, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 25m in an easterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 13th February 2023 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231007995 - Kaybridge Construction (Barnet) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while contours of speed table works are undertaken by Kaybridge Construction (Barnet) Limited.
An alternative route is available via London Road, First Avenue, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Church Langley Way (with access only into Newhall Way, London Road from The Chase and from Gilden Way) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Low Hill Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Low Hill Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 50m southwest of its junction with Parkfields for a distance of approximately 270m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410187358 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap and boundary box works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Low Hill Road, Netherhall Road, Hamlet Hill, Reeves Lane, Epping Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Old Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Cambridge Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2023 for 54 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001179588 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Priory Avenue, Station Road, Cambridge Road, Station Approach (access only into Old Road) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rookery Road, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rookery Road, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 220m southwest of its junction with Chelmsford Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2023 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30098889542 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via King Street, Chelmsford Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Westall Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Westall Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU02600158706-00000002 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer cover replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Ibbetson Path, Doubleday Road, Sandford Avenue, Westall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Woollard Street, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Woollard Street, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Milton Street for a distance of approximately 25m in an easterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Woollard Street, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, for the duration of the above closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU30800081217165005501 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/ restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water No alternative route is available.

(Forest Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 150m north of its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001197330 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via High Road, Chigwell Road, Manor Road and vice versa (with access only into Forest Lane). The Order came into effect on 12th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 205m northeast of its junction with Epping Lane for a distance of approximately 455m in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005WC7NGV9Z -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Epping Lane, Mount Road, Colemans Farm Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mount End Road, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 285m northeast of its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWD7TF36W002 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while joint box installation and ducting works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
