Park Avenue, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic

London Borough Of Brent Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) Park Avenue (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate dismantling a tower crane operation and associated works in Park Avenue, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit-
(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Park Avenue, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of St. Paul's Avenue and a point 60.00 metres north-west of that kerb-line;
(b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north-eastern footway of Park Avenue, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of St. Paul's Avenue and a point 60.00 metres north-west of that kerb-line;
when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed. The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 28th January 2023 and 5th February 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between 28th January 2023 and 29th January 2023 inclusive, with the following dates being backup dates.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Park Avenue would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
