Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (As Amended) Toley Avenue (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a gas mains replacement and associated works in Toley Avenue, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Toley Avenue, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of Preston Road and the south-western kerb-line of Oxenpark Avenue, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to above would apply between 13th February 2023 and 3rd March 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Toley Avenue would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
