Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (As Amended) South Way
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate dismantling a tower crane operation and associated works in South Way, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit:-
(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of South Way, which lies between the south-eastern kerb-line of Wembley Hill Road and a point 100.00 metres north-east of that kerb-line;

(b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the south-eastern footway of South Way, which lies between the south-eastern kerb-line of Wembley Hill Road and a point 100.00 metres north-east of that kerb-line;

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed. The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 11th February 2023 and 19th February 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between 11th February 2023 and 12th February 2023 inclusive, with the following dates being backup dates.

Access to premises in or adjacent to South Way would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
