NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce a restriction on vehicles of a weight in excess of 3 tonnes on the following length of highway in Westwood in the County of Northumberland:-

Exemptions are included in the Order for police, fire and rescue, ambulance and special forces purposes.
This Order will revoke the "The County Council of Northumberland Bardon Mill-Bradley Gate Road (C.312) (Weight Restriction) Order 1972" in its entirety.
