Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (As Amended) Elmstead Avenue And Grasmere Avenue (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2023

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate installation of a new water connection and associated works in Elmstead Avenue and Grasmere Avenue, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of:-

(a) Elmstead Avenue, which lies between the eastern kerb-line of Preston Road and a point 30.00 metres east of that kerb-line;

(b) Grasmere Avenue, which lies between the western kerb-line of Preston Road and a point 30.00 metres west of that kerb-line;
when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above will apply between 23rd January 2023 and 27th January 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Elmstead Avenue and Grasmere Avenue will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
