Official Notice: Licensing Act 2003 Application For New Premises Licence

I Ferdoon Hamidi acting as director of Hamlet Pizza Ltd have applied to London Borough Of Tower Hamlets for a premises licence for: Ground Floor & Basement Shop At 479 Cambridge Heath Road, London E2 9BG So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Provision of late-night refreshment during the hours of 23:00 till 04:00 hour from Monday to Sunday Tower Hamlets Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG. (10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday), where details of the application may be inspected.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the on 25 January 2023.

Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of Children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
