BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(CROUCH LANE, BRACKNELL) [TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING] ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:
a) Crouch Lane, Bracknell in both directions between the junctions of B3022 North Street and Winkfield Lane.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via B3022 North Street, Drift Road, Winkfield Lane, and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety whilst undertaking works for a new sewer connection.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 13th February 2023, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closures will be in place from the 13th February 2023 - 17th February 2023.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
