Section 17 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
Name of Applicant- 22- 44 The Shambles Limited. Address of Premises, 44 Shambles, York, YO1 7LX. The intention is to conduct on the premises the following licensable activities:- sale by retail/supply of alcohol (between the hours of 1200 and 2100 Monday to Sunday inclusive).The provison of regulated entertainment namely recorded music (between the hours of 0900 and 2100 Monday to Sunday inclusive). The licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court Eco-Depot, Off James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court Eco-Depot, Off James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than June 15th 2013 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
