How information may be obtained concerning the proposed development?
A public consultation event will be taking place In the Steele Hall, within Enniskillen Royal Grammar (1 Lough Shore Road, Enniskillen, BT74 5HD) on Wednesday the 25th of January 2023. This will include one session between 4pm - 8pm.

An online consultation event will take place from 3pm - 4pm on Wednesday the 25th of January 2023 through an online conferencing platform Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If you wish to attend this online event, please contact us via email:

The consultation period will formally conclude on Wednesday the 1 st of February 2023 to allow the project team to review the feedback received and incorporate this into the planning application.

Any comments made to the applicant are not representations to the planning authority. When the planning application is subsequently submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (after the pre-application community consultation phase), normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to the Council regarding the proposal.
