Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Hilda Fearnley Webb late of 4 Fortnam Close Headington Oxford OX3 7TH who died on the 11 th day of December 2012 is required to send particulars thereof to the undernamed Solicitors no later than 2 calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
