Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th |anuary 2023 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Copeland Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Flatt Walks, Lowther Street, Whitehaven, Cumbria CA28 7RW. The proposed licensable activities are - 1. The supply of alcohol from 06.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Copeland Borough Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven CA28 8YD licensing@ copeland.gov.uk no later than the 7th February 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Copeland Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
