Notice Of An Application For Variation To Listed Building Consent

Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Mr Ben Martin (c2c) to obtain planning permission for:

Application No: 22/02171/VAR
Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) attached to planning consent 19/00142/LBC dated 10/05/2021 comprising of the installation of a new glazing system and replacement of the low-level glazing at the south-west of the station with a fire wall. Application 19/00142/LBC was for 'Listed building consent for works to a listed building in conjunction with planning application for the refurbishment of Barking Station consisting of external facade work, a new ticket hall area, alterations to existing gates and the creation of a new gate, additional new accessible toilet and changing places facility, alterations to retail units to create three retail units and other associated works'
