SOUTHEND-ON-SEA CITY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING, UNLOADING) (TTO2173) ORDER 2023
(CHAPMANS WALK/RUNWELL TERRACE/WICKFORD ROAD/BEFAIRS DRIVE)

Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made the above Order. The effect of the order will be as follows:
1. Tree Fella will be carrying out essential street tree works.
2. The proposed works and effects of the order are listed in Table 1 to this notice. Diversions will be signed as specified in Table 1.
3. The Order will come into effect on 10 January 2023 and is expected to be completed by 17 February 2023; but may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.
4. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and pedestrians will be always maintained during the closure.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction/prohibition imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
