1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southend-on-Sea City Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce: PTO1049: Rayleigh Road Car Park - Zone 3 Tariffs

To continue to align parking permits within eligible South Essex Homes estates for eligible residents, locations stated in Table 3 below: (The car parks outlined in table 3 continue to be owned by South Essex Homes but enforceable by the Council)
