Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Otterhampton Temporary Closure of Church Hill

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Church Hill - from 30 metres northwards from the junction with Brookside Road,for a further distance of 100 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to install new connection. The Order becomes effective on 17th January 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 24th January 2023 and last until 26th January 2023 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days. Please visit
