Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Burtle Temporary Closure of Catcott Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Catcott Road - from the junction with Burtle Road, southwards for a total distance of 705 metres. This Order will enable Utility Services Ltd to replace poles on behalf of Openreach. The Order becomes effective on 17th January 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 25th January 2023 and last until 25th January 2023 between the hours of 08:00 -16:00 for a total of 8 hours. Please visit
