LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 6 January 2023 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Tendring District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Iconfield Park, Garland Road, Parkeston, Harwich CO12 4EN.
The proposed licensable activities are -
1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1SE no later than the 3 February 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Tendring District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
