AS AMENDED BY THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION) (SCOTLAND) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2021.
Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for proposed residential development with ancillary private amenity space and associated access, parking, public and private open space, infrastructure, and landscaping on land at 11 Minerva Way, Glasgow, G3 8AU.
The first of two consultation events will take place on Tuesday 24 January 2023 at the Moxy Hotel, 140 Finnieston St, Glasgow G3 8HB, between 2pm and 7pm on Tuesday 24 January 2023. Members of the design team will be available to discuss the proposals, receive feedback, and answer any queries during this time.
Information on the proposals will be available on the website www.minervaway.co.uk and further information may be obtained from Kate Donald, Turley, 7-9 North St David Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1AW kate.donald@turley.co.uk.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
