Notice is hereby given that BAE Systems Surface Ships Ltd. of Warwick House, PO Box 87, , Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 6YU has been granted by the Farnborough Aerospace CentreScottish Ministers marine licenses with conditions attached under section 20 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 to construct works associated with the development of the Govan Wet Basin, Govan Shipyard, Glasgow, co-ordinates below (WGS84):
