Rhoddir rhybudd drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu
gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adran 14 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i
diwygiwyd, er mwyn cau'r llwybrau troed cyhoeddus canfynol:

Llwybr Troed 10 Merffordd o'r gyffordd a"r A483 yn SJ 3565 5638 i'r gogledd ddwyrain am oddeutu 265 metr i'r gyffordd a Llwybr Troed 36 Burton yn SJ 35765662.

Llwybr Troed 35 Burton o'r gyffordd a Uwybr Troed 10 Merffordd yn SJ 3562 5644 i'r gogledd orllewin am oddeutu 670 metr, gan groesi'r afon a chwrdd a'r B5102 Ffordd Llai yn fferm Yew Tree yn SJ 3522 5694. Llwybr Troed 36 Burton o'r gyffordd a Llwybr Troed 11 Merffordd yn SJ 3576 5662 i'r gogledd ddwyrain am oddeutu 330 metr i'r B5102 Ffordd Llai yn SJ 3582 5695. Y rheswm dros gau'r llwybr yw gwneud gwaith cynnal a chadw ar yr A483.

Nid oes unrhyw Iwybr amgen.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 05 Chwefror 2023 a bydd mewn grym am chwe mis, neu lai os cwblheir y gwaith yn gyrrt.

Notice Of Intention To Make An Orper Section 14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Wrexham County Borough Council (Marford Public Footpaths 10 And 11, And Burton Public Footpaths 35 And 36) Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily close the following public footpaths:
Marford footpath 10 from its junction with the A483 at SJ 3565 5638 and continuing generally north west for approximately 75 metres to its junction with Burton footpath 35 at SJ 3562 5644.

Marford footpath 11 from its junction with the A483 at SJ 3565 5638 and continuing generally north east for approximately 265 metres to its junction with Burton footpath 36 at SJ 3576 5662.

Burton footpath 35 commencing from its junction with Marford footpath 10 at SJ 3562 5644 and continuing generally northwest for approximately 670 metres, crossing the river and meeting the B5102 Uay Road at Yew Tree Farm atSJ 35225694.

Burton footpath 36 commencing from its junction with Marford footpath 11 at SJ 3576 5662 and continuing generally north east for approximately 330 metres to meet the B5102 Llay Road at SJ 3582 5695. The reason for the closure is because maintenance works are being carried out on the A483.

There is no suitable alternative route.
The Order will come into force on 05 February 2023 and will continue in force for a period of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum duration of 6 months.
