APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council on 9 January 2023 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Go Outdoors), Unit B, Ocotal Way, County Road, Swindon SN1 2EQ to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 10 January 2023 and 6 February 2023. All representations must be made in writing including e mail or fax, to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine
