Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
I, Tashion Gayle hereby make application for a New Premises Licence in respect of Jerk Island Grill at 132 Sutton Road, Southend, SS2 5ER.
The application for a New Premises Licence for:
The sale of alcohol on and off the premises: Sun -Thurs 13:00 - 21:00 and Fri - Sat 13:00 - 22:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority Southend-on-Sea Borough Council. All such representations shall be made in writing by the 10/02/2023.
Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk.
A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
