NOTICE OF DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53(2)(b)
WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL
CANFORD HEATH MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The above order was made on 7th November 2019. The effect of the order will be to add a Public Bridleway 131 which commences at Cornelia Gardens at NGR SZ 02966 93490 running to a point on Kingsmill Road NGR SZ 02329 93306.

Copies of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY during business hours, or alternatively on the BCP Council website, or otherwise contact
rightsofway@bcpcouncil.gov.uk for details. Copies of the Order and the map may be bought there at a price of £5 per Order.

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent to Rights of Way, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, or to
rightsofway@bcpcouncil.gov.uk no later than 28th February 2023, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.

Any correspondence received will be made available for public inspection. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
