Notice of Application for renewal and variation of a sex establishment licence pursuant to Schedule 3 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1982.
TAKE NOTICE: that on 20 May 2013 Mr Parviz Panjalizadeh Marseh applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for the renewal and variation of a sex establishment licence. At Goldfingers, 33 New St, Weymouth.

DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday to Sunday inclusive 24 hours.

ACTIVITY: Sexual encounter venue

INSPECTING THE APPLICATION: The Application may be inspected at the Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, DT4 8TA

OBJECTIONS: Any person wishing to make objections on the application shall do so in writing to Licensing Manager, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA
Or by email at licensing@weymouth.gov.uk. The grounds of the objection must be stated in general terms. The objection must be received by the council no later than 17th June 2013.
