NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

To whom it may concern:
We: EBO Leisure & Hospitality Ltd, Unit R5 Friars Walk Shopping Centre, hereby give notice that we are applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
